Jobs Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate banking partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide necessary support to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with corporate bank branches to drive sales and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in bancassurance or insurance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
