Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Overview: 
In the Agency vertical, the Assistant Sales Manager  is in charge of recruiting, training, and managing the performance of agents as well as the agency distribution network.

Key Responsibilities: 
Plan recruitment campaigns, interact with potential agents, and evaluate their credentials.
Assign agents specific sales goals and keep a careful eye on their progress to make sure they are reached.
Create and preserve a solid rapport with channel partners and high-achieving agents.
To comprehend consumer demands, rival activity, and possible growth segments, conduct market research.

Desired candidate profile: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
