Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Position Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in our insurance company’s Agency Channel. The position is intended for people with excellent leadership and people skills who can recruit, train, and oversee insurance agents to market our goods and services.

Key Responsibilities: 
Find and hire possible insurance agents in the designated area.
Provide new and current agents with onboarding, training, and frequent skill development sessions.
To increase productivity and closure rates, keep a tight eye on the agents’ performance and collaborate closely with them.
Establish trusting bonds with agents to guarantee their continued motivation and involvement.
Keep thorough records of your sales activity, training progress, and agent performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience:  2+ Years Experience in Any Field Sales 1+ Years Experience in BFSI And Insurance Is Mandatory
Age: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 38 Years

Skill:
strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
Ability to motivate and develop a team of agents.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to assess sales performance and strategy
