Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Provide support to sales managers in addressing customer needs, offering insurance solutions, and resolving issues.
Actively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide valuable feedback to the sales team.
Motivate and guide sales agents towards achieving and exceeding targets.
Prepare comprehensive reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Knowledge of insurance products and market trends is a significant advantage.
