Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing sales strategies and setting targets for the team
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure smooth operations
Train, coach, and support sales representatives to enhance performance
Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in field sales
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
