reach targets. Build strong relationships with agents.

 Analyze sales data to improve performance.
 Follow company rules and regulations.
Requirement: 
 Experience in life insurance sales and managing teams.
 Good leadership and communication skills.
 Ability to reach sales targets.
 Knowledge of life insurance products.
