Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to contribute to the strategy.
Provide input for setting sales targets and KPIs .Help manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Provide ongoing training to team members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance and offer constructive feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a sales or assistant sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
