An assistant sales manager helps the sales manager with sales planning, team management, and customer service. They also help with sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Experience: Mini. 3 experience required in any sales and marketing
CTC: Up to 4.50 L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits
Key responsibilities –
Help plan and execute sales plans
Team management: Supervise the sales team, train them, and motivate them
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales forecasting: Assist with sales forecasting and monitor stock levels
Budgeting: Assist with budget management
Reporting: Generate reports and track sales performance metrics
Client relationships: Strengthen relationships with key clients and create business opportunitie
