Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals.

Important Duties:

– To oversee, manage, and provide direction to the Advisor or IM under his or her hierarchy with regard to their life insurance company.

– For how well the Agent or IM sources life insurance plans inside his or her hierarchy.

– Held vicariously liable for all misdeeds committed by the Agent or IM under his or her supervision.

Details of the job:

– Graduate (10+2+3), postgraduate, or comparable

– One to seven years of experience in a sales development capacity is required.

– Prior sales experience in the Any Sales sector or any other industry is required.

– Local candidates who are familiar with the potential market will be given preference.
