Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition of new customers for BFSI products such as loans, insurance, investments, and banking services.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and understand customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of BFSI products
- Excellent communication, negotiation
