A Lead Generation Specialist is a key player in the sales and marketing process, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities (leads) for the sales team to convert into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In some cases, using direct mail or physical marketing materials to attract leads, particularly in more traditional industries.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
