Assistant sales manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant sales manager to help with life insurance through our agency channel. You’ll help with hiring and training agents, overseeing sales operations, and accelerating revenue development.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the sales manager in carrying out plans and hitting goals.

• Assist in finding, integrating, and educating new insurance agents.

• Establish and preserve connections with clients and agency partners.

• Use market trends and sales data analysis to guide strategic choices.

• Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry requirements.

Requirements: 

• The bachelor’s degree is Mandatory

• Previous life insurance sales or business development experience.

• Excellent communication, organizing, and leadership abilities.

• Has to be a local candidate.
