Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our Agency Channel team. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of advisors/agents to drive sales and achieve business targets in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment: Identify, screen, and appoint suitable insurance advisors from the local market
Sales Target Achievement: Help your team meet monthly and quarterly sales goals through regular monitoring and support
Training & Development: Train advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance
Field Support: Conduct joint sales calls with advisors to assist in customer acquisition and policy closures
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with advisors to ensure retention and motivation
Reporting: Maintain records of sales activity, advisor performance, and submit timely reports to the branch head
Compliance: Ensure all sales practices are in line with company and IRDAI guidelines

Who Can Apply:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
1–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (insurance/BFSI/FMCG/direct sales preferred)
Strong people skills and local market knowledge
Goal-oriented with leadership qualities
Willing to work in a field sales role
