Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead a team, and help achieve business growth targets. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and execute strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
Lead and guide the sales team to meet targets
Monitor team performance and provide training/coaching as needed
Handle key client meetings and close important deals
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1–2years of sales experience, preferably in a team-leading role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools
Local market knowledge is a plus
