Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro
- Activation of the onboarded customers consistently
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required, to the management
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
