Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The role involves team coordination, client handling, lead conversion, and assisting in implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily sales operations and support the field sales team.
Generate new business through lead follow-ups and client meetings.
Help in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Analyze sales performance and provide reports to senior management.
Participate in promotional activities and local marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
2+ Years of sales or business development experience.
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
