Role Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and help the team achieve targets. The role involves assisting in strategy execution, handling key accounts, and driving day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and expanding the client base
- Handle customer queries and ensure service satisfaction
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Requirements:
- Graduate degree; MBA is an advantage
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Goal-oriented and willing to travel if required
