Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a performance-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales activities, manage a team of sales professionals, and help drive business growth through effective sales execution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of sales plans to meet company targets
Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and reach goals
Acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
Monitor field operations and provide coaching for team improvement
Identify market trends and new growth areas for business expansion
Maintain updated sales data, reports, and performance dashboards
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory (MBA preferred)
2+ years of sales experience
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
