Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to help oversee sales activities, support the sales team, and contribute to achieving company revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of sales plans and strategies
• Guide and assist junior sales team members
• Track sales metrics and generate performance reports
• Work toward meeting sales goals and increasing market reach
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales-related role
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 -38
• Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer tools
