About the Role 
We are seeking a motivated Unit Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team. This
role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 
Appoint local insurance advisors
Train and support advisors to achieve sales targets
Conduct field visits and customer meetings
Ensure monthly business goals are met

Eligibility Criteria 
Graduate (mandatory)
2+ year of sales experience
Age: 21–40 years
Must have local area knowledge of Tamluk or nearby
