Job Description

Location: Solapur, Maharashtra
Job Type: On-Roll

Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team of financial advisors.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
• Promote and sell insurance or financial products through agency partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications and policies.

Requirements: 

• Graduation (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience (any sector).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
