We are hiring a Assistant Sales Manager to lead a strong team of insurance advisors. If you enjoy fieldwork, team development, and result-oriented roles, this is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Hire and train agents for life insurance sales
  • Guide agents through client meetings and help close deals
  • Track agent performance and ensure achievement of sales goals
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback
  • Report sales metrics and team progress to management

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation is a must
  • Minimum 2 years in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
  • Leadership, communication, and analytical skills
