We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales, managing the team, and achieving business targets. This role combines field sales, team coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and achieving sales targets
Supervise and guide a team of sales executives
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
Support in key client meetings and sales closures
Monitor team performance and provide coaching
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
