- Source leads from personal networks to sell life insurance products.
- Contact provided leads, schedule sales visits, and convert leads to sales.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to boost performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed business targets as per the goal sheet.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
