Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain benefits to customers.
  • Follow up with clients for closures and after-sales support.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and activity updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good customer handling and relationship management ability.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales
  • Graduation Complete
  • Comfortable with field work and travel.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
