Job Description
An Assistant Sales Manager in the BFSI sector is responsible for driving the sales of financial products managing a small sales team or set of partners, and ensuring achievement of targets in a designated territory. The role is a blend of field sales, team handling, and channel/partner relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new customers through direct and indirect methods.
- Resolve customer grievances and handle escalations.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable financial products.
- Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and motivation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree, regardless of field.
- two or more years of marketing and sales experience.
- The 24- to 40-year-old age range is good.
