We are looking to employ a driven Assistant Sales Manager to introduce company products to potential customers and close sales

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Centre teams and/or other sources.
• Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
• Take daily follow-up of clients
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Desired Candidates Profile: 

• Experience: Min. 1 Year in Sales and Marketing Job Type: Full Time-On Roll.
• Age: 24 to 38 years.
• Education: Any Graduation.
• Candidate: Local Candidate.

Key Skills Required: 

• Good communication skills
• Superior abilities in presentation, negotiating and listening
• Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
