We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. The role involves managing a team of Sales Officers, driving sales growth, and supporting strategic initiatives to meet business objectives. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and guide a team of Sales Officers, setting targets, and monitoring performance.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
– Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
– Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
– Prepare and present sales reports to the management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role (experience in BFSI preferred).
– Age: 21-32 years.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
– Other Requirements: Local candidate with good knowledge of the area and must own a bike.
