The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by acquiring customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). The role focuses on driving sales and delivering superior customer service while complying with bank policies and industry regulations.
Key Roles:
- Successfully onboard new clients by offering tailored CASA solutions that meet their banking needs.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals and contribute to the branch’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct frequent field visits and face-to-face meetings with potential customers to generate CASA sales leads.
- Effectively promote other financial products such as loans, insurance, and credit cards to enhance customer relationships.
- Actively source, identify, and develop potential customers for CASA products.
Key Profiles :
- Age 21 to 27 required.
- Local Candidate.
- Bike must.
- Graduation Mendatory.
- 2-3 Years of experience in BFSI sales.
