Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through direct and channel sales in the insurance domain.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and guide frontline sales executives/agents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and cross-selling.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations for business development.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategy improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales / BFSI Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
