Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through assigned channel/agency.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate agents/partners to drive business.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and policy renewals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel.
• Ability to manage a sales team and deliver results.
