Job Summary:
An Assistant Sales Officer in the BFSI sector supports the sales team in promoting and selling financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, or banking services. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on lead generation, customer interaction, and helping achieve branch or team sales targets. The position involves frequent client engagement, market research, and follow-ups under the guidance of senior sales officers or managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential clients and pitching relevant BFSI products.
- Conduct follow-ups on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Support the achievement of sales targets set by the branch or team.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Ensure all sales processes and client interactions comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Assist in accurate documentation and verification of customer records and KYC.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
