Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective customer engagement. The role involves handling a team, generating leads, field visits, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet business goals
- Lead, train, and support a team of sales executives or advisors
- Monitor daily sales activities and guide the team to improve performance
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings to close high-value deals
- Generate leads through cold calling, fieldwork, and references
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data to senior management
- Maintain good customer relationships and resolve queries promptly
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or team handling roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
