Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager 
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective customer engagement. The role involves handling a team, generating leads, field visits, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet business goals
  • Lead, train, and support a team of sales executives or advisors
  • Monitor daily sales activities and guide the team to improve performance
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings to close high-value deals
  • Generate leads through cold calling, fieldwork, and references
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales data to senior management
  • Maintain good customer relationships and resolve queries promptly
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or team handling roles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork
