Responsibilities
· Recruit, train, and develop a team of successful insurance advisors, fostering a strong culture of achievement and professional growth.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
· Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key agency partners to drive profitable business growth.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and mentoring advisors to maximize their potential.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
· Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirement:
· Education : Graduation in any stream or Post Graduation
· Experience : 1 to 4 Years in Sales and marketing in any domain
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Strong Presentations Skills
