The Associate Agency Development Manager will support the recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents to meet sales targets and grow our agency network. This role involves assisting with agent development, monitoring performance, and fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
- Support training programs and provide ongoing agent support.
- Track and analyze agent performance, helping address issues.
- Collaborate on agency growth strategies and maintain agent relationships.
- Handle administrative tasks related to agent management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Must reside in the local area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales position.
