The Associate Agency Development Manager will assist in recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
• Organize and deliver training programs.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide support.
• Contribute to business development and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales roles, with a focus on field sales.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management abilities.
• Expertise in analyzing sales data and tracking performance metrics.
• Local residency is required.
