Job Summary:
The Associate Agency Development Manager will recruit, train, and manage a network of insurance agents to drive sales growth. The role involves developing agent skills, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include agent recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and fostering strong relationships to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Train and develop agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Set and monitor sales targets for agents, ensuring performance is on track.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, providing ongoing support.
- Report on agent performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field will work.
- 2+ years of experience in Core sales or Business development or marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
