We are seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager to enhance our life insurance agency channel. This role involves supporting the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents while driving sales and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
- Support and improve training programs for ongoing agent development.
- Help set and monitor sales targets; address performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to strategies for market growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Must be a local resident.
