Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the Agency Channel. The role involves driving sales growth, managing agency performance, and ensuring achievement of business objectives in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

– Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors to achieve sales targets.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
– Monitor and evaluate performance metrics for agents and ensure goal alignment.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive engagement and retention.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
– Conduct regular team meetings, training, and motivational sessions to boost productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of sales experience in insurance or financial services.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
