Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents to build a strong agency network.
Provide training and development to agents, ensuring they understand product offerings and sales processes.
Monitor agent performance, set targets, and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity.
Develop strategies to motivate agents and drive sales performance.
Support agents in building and maintaining customer relationships to achieve long-term business success.
Collaborate with senior management to execute agency growth plans and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or agency management is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and coach a team to meet sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of CRM software and performance tracking tools.
