Job Summary:
We are looking Associate Agency Development Manager- BFSI for a candidate who is responsible for doing agent recruitment, agent development and meet Business targets and organization goals and should be customer centric.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing sources for agent hiring, building a team, and maintaining a strong agent pipeline.
- Ensuring product knowledge through training, developing agent prospecting, calling, and work habits, and identifying training needs.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans, improving agent productivity and persistency, and ensuring adherence to company product mix and business norms.
- To be a customer champion, developing customer loyalty, conducting customer meetings to understand needs, and ensuring timely and satisfactory responses to customer queries.
- Accompanying agents on customer visits to provide support and improve sales skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
