Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager in the agency channel, your primary goal is to manage agents and build enduring client relationships that lead to sustained business growth.
Key Duties:
- Onboard and develop financial advisors to build your own agency force.
- Visit clients with advisors, understand their financial needs, and provide solutions.
- Conduct periodic reviews, training, and motivational sessions for your team.
- Create lasting client relationships through quality service and communication.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Leadership ability with a focus on team development.
- Proactive, persuasive, and customer-first mindset.
