Our company is seeking for Associate agency development officer who is result – driven and talented, skillful candidate and for details join our team!

Responsibilities :-

  •  Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
  •  Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
  •  Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

 

Candidate requirements :-

  • 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
  • Any graduate/post graduate
  • Any local candidate
