Job Description
Key Responsibility:
- Use direct sales to generate revenue from the open market.
- Hire, develop, and inspire sales executives and agents.
- Lead the group to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Engage with clients face-to-face and advertise business goods.
- Create enduring relationships with your customers to encourage repeat business.
- Create sales reports on a regular basis and distribute them to management.
Requirements:
- graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or insurance.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- strong capacity to negotiate and communicate.
