Key Responsibilities: 
Support the recruitment and onboarding of agents.
Assist in strategy development for client acquisition and agency expansion.
Provide training and mentorship to new agents.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements: 
1+ years of experience in sales or agency operations.
