About the Role:
We are hiring an Associate Agency Manager to recruit, train, and guide insurance agents, help them achieve sales targets, and grow the business network. This role is ideal for people with leadership and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train new insurance agents.
• Motivate and guide agents to achieve sales goals.
• Support agents in client meetings and presentations.
• Build good relationships with agents and customers.
• Track team performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure company policies and rules are followed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream).
• 2–5 years of sales & insurance experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven and team-focused.
