Job Summary:
An Associate Area Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth within a defined geographic area, supporting the overall sales and operational strategies of the company. They are responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and developing new business opportunities.
Job Role: On-Roll
Channel: Agency and Direct.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within their assigned area.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Negotiating contracts and building relationships with clients
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Assisting with team leadership, including motivation and training.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
