Job Summary:
An Associate Area Business Manager (AABM) is responsible for supporting the Area Business Manager in achieving business objectives within a specific geographic territory. The role involves managing and guiding a team of front-line sales executives, driving sales performance, executing territory strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve area-specific sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
- Supervise and mentor Territory Sales Executives, Medical Representatives, or Field Sales Officers.
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Help expand product reach and customer base within the assigned area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing required + 2 years in BFSI sector + 6 months of experience in Insurance sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
