Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Associate Area Business Manager to support regional sales operations, drive business growth, and manage channel partners in an assigned area. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing sales strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure business targets are achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive business in the assigned area through distributors, dealers, or agents to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in identifying, appointing, and nurturing channel partners and ensuring their productivity and profitability.
- Work closely with Area Business Managers and support field sales executives by providing on-ground support and market intelligence.
- Track sales performance, analyze territory-wise results, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Collect data on competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support strategy development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
