Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Associate Area Business Manager to support area-level business operations, drive sales growth, and manage team performance. The role involves overseeing a region’s sales activities, guiding field executives, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing sales operations across the assigned area.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of the field sales team.
- Develop area-wise sales strategies and monitor implementation.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, partners, and key customers.
- Submit timely reports to the Area Business Manager and senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Citeria 22 – 38
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
